Microchannels typically have rectangular cross-sections, whereas biological channels, such as blood vessels and airways, circular cross-sections. The difference in cross-sections causes different fluidic behaviors, resulting differences between behavior microchannels channels. To simulate vitro, cross-sectional are required. We developed a microchannel with smooth channel wall, free from cracks irregularities. In the fabrication process of microchannel, uncured polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) was inserted into microchannel. Then, PDMS pushed out by introduction compressed air before curing process.
